another wats my truck worth forum...

alright so im going to be movin across the country from michigan to socal. I certainly cant drive my truck all the way there and was told itd be about $800 to ship it. What have people been getting for a truck like mine? i paid 4k for it 2 years ago from a reputable guy on here. The blue book is $3,200, what do you guys think its roughly worth?

you don't have anything that can tow it? As far as price. I would start off high like 3500 and see if you get any calls. I had to lower my tahoe before someone bought it but you never know until you actually advertise it.

uhaul will rent you a vehicle transport trailer that works with their trucks so when you move all your crap you can just tow it along behind and its an actual trailer not just a dolly but they got those too

i dont have anything to tow it with and its 2grand to drive a uhaul out there. i dont have much to move so a uhaul is sorta a waste. plus the extra cash from my truck would be some nice start up money.

If it runs and drives as good as you say, I would drive it there and then sell it location has alot to do with a sale if i tried to sell my truck where i used to live some farmer would offer 300 for it and then make it a flatbed and shove wood in the a-arms to lift it up and he would have himself a work truck, in socal you may get more for it, or when you get it there just keep it!
