Doug do you need a flex line going from a hardline to the caliper? Can't you just get a stock Mustang Cobra flex line? If the ftting on the hardline is wrong it can be changed and reflaired.

i never thought of changing the fitting on the truck. I have a set of cobra brake lines...that might be the best route to go.

Thats how I did mine. My hardlines have metric fittings on one end and standard on the other to fit the GM calipers.

I have got custom brake lines made at my local circle track shop before. Stainless steel braided with the fittings I needed to make the setup I was doing work. Circle track shops have alot of cool and hard to find items that can be used in truck building. For example the last time I went I saw that they had a 3/8 ported CO2 regulator that was designed to run air tools straight off of a CO2 tank while fixing a car in the pits. Looked like nthe perfect reg. to keep the air tanks in my truck topped off. Lots of laser cut gussets and heim joints, bushings etc. the last time I was in. Worth a look if you have one nearby to you. Sorry to hijack the thread btw.

Thanks man, but no circle tracks around here.
Anyone know that size of these brake fittings that come off the frame?

Anyone who makes hydraulic lines should be able to do it. We have had a couple sets made for bagged rangers. I actually have an extra set but it would have the ranger fittings on each end.
