215/35/18 on 8.5" Wide Wheel?

Would 215/35/18 tires look too stretched on a 8.5" wide wheel?

I may be getting 18s, but want smaller tires to lay harder..

Ive mounted these before. IT looks kind of silly. The side walls of the tire are gonna be like flat. I would probly do a 225

Anyone have a close-up of what it could possibly look like if I used a 215 or 225 35 series on a 18" x 8.5" wide wheel?
