front mitsu bag cups.

can anyone tell me what size tubing and how tall the cups need to be? im doing these for a friends truck and not sure what size to make the. i was going to make them out of 3 in tubing and weld the plates to the bottom of them, i know to do them just not sure what size to cut them. any help is appreciated.
