Disc rear-end swap??

Does any one know if you swap in an Isuzu disc rearend, do you have to change out the propotioning valve and/or the brake booster. I know someone that did the swap on his standard cab and he didnt change them, but he thought that maybe I should because of the fact that my Rodeo is heavier. Thanks
