rear disc setup??astrovan

Ya guys Im looking to switch the drums to discs.theres gotta be cars with a 5x5 bolt pattern that had dics in the rear.Any suggestions or do i have to buy a ssbc kit or something.This will be a weekend warrior and will never see the highway or the rain.The astro has a 10 bolt axle but are there different variations where the brake setups are different?Thanks

99 n older full size chevy maybe?
