Scooter is NEEDING HELP FAST (no suprise there...lol)

I was wondering if a 15mm offset with an 18x8 wheel would fit on my truck and tuck into the fenders with no problem with a 35 series tire. heres the bolt spacing 5/115-5/120.65 will that work for my hombre/s10? the center bore is 74.1 also.

Please let me know if this will work, or if it is too high much appreciated
