Clear Tail Lights..

Are red bulbs not enough to make these not seem pinkish, or get people's attention when you are braking?

I don't like euro tail lights, but these are all clear so i kinda like them:



But I dunno since I could maybe get pulled over? Red bulbs might not be red enough? Let me know

Maybe if you got the led bulbs then they will
be brighter & get everybody's attention when
you brake. The lights looks cool & should look good if you can get some bright enough bulbs!

If you get good quality red bulbs they'll be fine, not those hyper red bulbs. That's what shows up pink.

If you use the coloured bulbs with the coloured silicone caps on top of them they shine pretty red. I found that the red bulb without the cap was to pinkish for my liking. I daily drove my old hardbody with the bulb/cap combo with no probs from john law. My little bro rocks his truck with old school clears as a daily with no problems either. Hope this helps. With bulbs, would it be the more expensive the better or what? Maybe a certain type/brand?

I'll try red bulbs with red caps, maybe buy extra red caps too. (Shouldn't be too annoying to swap them anytime they start to fade right?)

I'd just hate to buy the lights and then all the options be too pinkish/dim lol.. the lights are $60 or so shipped.

I bought my led bulbs from superbrightleds.com. Check em out. They have all kinds and they work really well. I have used all kinds of red bulbs in the past and these have been the best in my opinion. Hope this helps some.
