Where would you guys suggest I send parts off to be chromed?

Any ideas on how much it usually costs?

Just looking for suggestions..

depends......the more surface area, or tight crevases the part has, the more its gonna be. If its a flat open area, then its cheeper.

what are you getting done?

Not exactly sure.. I wanted to look into it, just so I'd have an idea. Just anything I can really though, out of my engine compartment, etc.. Any suggestions?

I usually send any Chrome of mine off to New England Chrome Plating in East Hartford , Conn . They Charge a flat fee Per Ft . I had alot of Pot Metal to be Chromed most places charge alot more to Re-Chrome this they didnt charge extra and stuff looks great .

Give them a call (860)528-7176 They will usually give you a rough estimate over phone just by telling them the length and section of car the parts from for difficulty .

look at my 94 s-10 profile, and check the chrome parts on that, if theres anything that is close to what you want to get chromed.....then i can give you the cost of what it was for me.

I don't even know if I'd need that much done.. is it cheaper to do more at once or what? I really haven't looked to get a list of exactly what could be pulled off and chromed.. but a lot of under the hood pieces.
