ive got a viair 480, and have another one to put in.....Can both of them be ran off of an 80 amp relay and one toggle switch, or do i need to get separate relays and switches for them....Thanks in advance
10 gauge industrial wire....my main worry i guess was running the one toggle switch

I had both my 480's just to a on/off switch when my pressure switch went out. Now I have a 150/180 pressure switch they both run off and 100% duty cycle solenoid with a on/off switch still in case the pressure switch or solenoid goes bad I can still shut my compressors off.
the high current draw is going through the relay. the toggle swith is doing no more work tripping the relay with 2 compressors hooked to it. i would run bigger wire from your battery to the relay though.
my personal setup would be as follows:
4 gauge wire from battery to relay. (with an 80 amp fuse within a foot from the battery)
2-10-gauge wires going from the relay, one to each of the compressors.
10 gauge grounds.
you can use 14-16 gauge to trip the relay for the compressors to turn on from the pressure switch, or toggle in your case.
