Another mysterious LED question

OK, i have the 62" hitech led which is in about 10 little sections. I have the last 2 sections on each side set up for turn signals. Left side works fine BUT, the right side, only one section works. The other BUT, that section will work when running lights are on. Can someone explain this to me.

did you call hitech and ask their tech support?
