i need help fast..

sup guys im having a ploblem i have a 94 chevy dually 454 motor..yesterday on my way come my trans wouldnt change from first gear only at 40 miles and 4k rpm...now it wont start neither is getting spark but no gas..if i put gas straight to the tbi it will start
