Help With Brakes

I installed a new brake master cylinder, cuz my brakes were really spongy and were not working well,

i bleed the Brke Master, and i bleed from the far passenger side first,

now my brakes when the car is off, is really stiff like they should be, but when the car is on, they turn to spongy again, the brakes do work, but the pedal is just no pressure to it.

Are they power brakes? Might be the booster. Good luck.

Could be low vacuum, a bad booster, or the way the brakes are supposed to work.
