just a cpl things..

first off i've seen a truck i am wanting to get but am unsure what i should offer so tell me what yall think. its a 78 gms swb. pretty straight body, but paint is trash and the windows are really weathered. it doesnt run but has a 350. interior is so-so. its been sittin for over 10 years so it might take a lil time to get it runnin..so what should i offer him? it seems like he just wants to get rid of it for a lil money....and second, and i know this isnt the place to do it but this is too good of a deal not to mention. a friend of mine is trying to go a different way so he has this stuff for sale. sfbd frame w/4 link built by db rods and miniz, currie rear end, cab, bed (with wended tailgate and shaved gas door), (setup to lay door) fenders, hood, and alot of interior that is painted and tweeded. i know theres more details but i cant name em all, but he'd like to get some of his cash back so he'd take 3,800 for it all.

Offer him 500 bucks for the 78 and see what he says, the only thing he can say is no.

OH And use the classified to pimp your buddies stuff. :)

i say go with option 2....we've both seen how good the frame is plus u dont know what else u could run into with that 78....plus u need somethin quick to get back into it lol
