Is there room for one more out there????

whats up guys long time no post. just curious I know that everyone on here has there favorite place to buy parts. but is there room for another option. just to take away from the aims of the world. nothing drastic nothing huge. but air valves,bags,compressors, shit like that. that everyone in this sport needs from one time to another.I bought a restaraunt a year ago and have been out of the scene since then (lots of hours running a pizza shop and running the office). but want like hell to get back into things. and thought this could be my start. to transition back. ive posted stuff on ebay with no luck so i figured i would ask you guys. im not wantin to get rich of this just get back into things and get a chance to interact with people again.thanks guys. please give me your opinion.

i think this is the right place to ask about it. the more competition, the better the prices. i don't think anyone's getting rich from supplying parts, and i'm good with the ones i frequent, but there's always room for another parts supplier, maybe you could start producing something no one else is or can (like a smooth wiper cowl that actually fits without having to hack it, splice it, and put it back together, lol). just my 2 cents.

just make sure that you offer great customer service, and people will more than likely hit you up as long as the prices are competitive.

just about everyone has the same prices nowadays, ssd's low prices made alot of companies create set pricing, so you cant really beat everyone elses prices by more than some cents......where you can beat other people is by stuff you make....... i'd say its not worth it, there are way too many companies out there already....... dont think im saying that because of my sig, i just build metal parts for gravity-werx, i have a fulltime job also.......

parts supplier probably not but if you were makin parts then maybe.

I don't think that just trying to handle the basic parts is gonna cut it. You know how it is when most people find a place that they like to buy from and would like to just buy all their stuff at that place. I just can't see it being profitable selling a limited amount of basic parts and no custom stuff or more extensive parts like 4 links. Just my 2 cents though man... If you decide to do it then good luck! After all...everyone would be in business if there wasn't some risk involved...

thanks guys. It would be full range of parts and electronics. because i have connections and experience with both.And trust me ive been basically on my own as far as employment for ten years i know about the risk.
