Since my Canyon went up in a blaze of glory this past weekend, it's time to step up and start in on my dime blazer like I had originally planned. I've got some crazy, new ideas for it and would like a good rendering done on it. Interior and all. I know this question has been posted up before, but I don't ahve the strength to go back and find it. Never have had one done and I want to get my ideas on paper. Any help would be appreciated. And I'll post up pics of the sad sight of the Canyon when my adjuster gets them to me. I hope noone has to ever watch there baby burn in front of there eyes. Just glad I'm still here to talk about it.

how did your truck catch on fire?

Was driving down the highway and my back left tire blew throwing my truck into the wall, 360 across the highway into the other wall hitting the rear where my fuel cell is and then 180 to the middle of the highway. Looked in my side mirror and saw a flame coming out of my bed next to the fuel cap filler. Pulled it to the shoulder to get out of traffic and luckily I had 2 of my buddies there. They pulled my chair out and then my buddies carried me out of the truck before it went up. Fire dept didn't get there for about 20 minutes and I had to watch the whole thing burn down. So hot, it melted my brake lights, all my glass and all my interior. What a sick feeling it was to watch and to type right now. I wish I would've had an extinguisher. Could've saved it, but didn't. I've had alot of people, friends and fellow truckers come out and offer to help with my new project. Love the scene man and here for life!!!

i kinda know how you feel, while back i woke up to my house engulfed in flames, 5 min after i woke up it was so bad you couldnt get back in from any entrance, sat outside, which was about 20 degrees, in my undies while it took the fire dept 45 min to get there..... on top of it my truck burned up beside the garage.... it taught me that possessions are just things that can be replaced with time.....

Yeah, I was just lucky I had some friends there that no matter what, they were getting me out of the truck. If it meant they blew with me trying to get me out. It was hard to watch, but better to watch it, then be stuck in it.

honestly not trying to be a fucking asshole... this is more of a public service announcement..

CARRY A FUCKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER!!!!
i have a small one bolted to the side of my sub box. its color matched... you can get them pin striped, you can get chrome one. cost you 10 bucks for a normal dry chemical one. or you can spend more and get the halon one that wont cause a powdery mess and cost you about 100. but think spending that 100 bucks will save you all the tears and sweat and blood and beer that went into your pride and joy on 4 wheels... please. i am tired of seeing these bad trucks going bye bye.

hope no one takes this the wrong way. i do mean it in the nicest way.

thank you.
