Ok, i'm putting 20's on a 99 s10 ext cab. i want to know if i can keep the battery in the stock location and fit the computer under it and throw in an overflow for the radiator somewhere. Or do i have to raise the battery? Is there any way to keep it there? I don't want to relocate the batt if there's any way around it.

thanks.

whats up yes u can keep ur battery in the factory tray i just put my wheels and tires on the front and all the way down its about a half inch away. u just have to suport it from the under side. and about the computer u should put it in the truck u dont have to extend any wires u just run the wires in the cab it thats it... good luck bro...

sorry, laying frame right now, body to come later. but i'm putting in a carbed 350 before the body drop so the computer will be tossed eventually, that's why i don't want to do any crazy placements or relocations, it's just temporary.

move it now, batteries are ugly. especially with a blingin 350 next to it. on the positive terminal there are two factory wires. one goes to the alernator the other to a fuse block on the core support below the battery. Run the alternator directly to the block and a single 0 gauge from the block to the new battery placement ground on the frame next to the battery and ur done.
