Help with Transmission crossmember

Ok i need to get a new tranny crossmember but i dont know what one to get i have a th350 and i was told thati can use a normal crossmember for that but i dont know if i need the v6 or v4 crossmember and if there is a diff between the automatic or 5 speed one i am trying to put it in this weekend so i need to knwo asap. thanks
