here is my question

how do guys paint or seal the back of filler plates like stake pocket holes tail light fillers and all other spots were you dont have acces to the back side? also when i was welding my stake pockets i had a lil gap that i was filler and some wire when into the hole and cant take it out now

you coat the inside with weld thru primer, you can buy it at any paint store/supplier for body shops. as for things falling inside you prolly have to cut it open to get it out

u used weld thru primer but that melted...nothing felt inside just a 1 inch welded wire stuck b cuz by mistake it when thru the hole

its a piece of wire? who cares, dont worry about it, as for coating it, it should have factory paint nside there and that should be enough to keep it from rusting. just get some weld thru primer and go to town

WHAT DOES WELD THRU PRIMER REALL DOES IT DO? I THOUGHT IT WAS TO SPRA THE FILLER PIECE BARE METAL AND THAT IT WOULD HOLD THE WELDING HEAT

when it burns it bonds to the metal instead of flaking off.
