my buddy finished up his truck lastnight. I built the suspension and he did everything else. Let us know what you think. He still has to clean his wiring up and mount his bed and horn.

Any reason you opted to weld to the cast diff housing instead of reversing the wishbone or mounting it off a hoop? The rest looks badass but I cant understand why people weld to cast if there are so many ways around it.

welding to cast = looking for trouble..
they say if you pre-heat, ot use a rod high in nickel it can be done right,,, but why??
like Ill-B said its easyer-- better off design wise and stronger to go with a hoop to the axles
not try'n to hate on any one... just dont want to see a busted ride either

I know its not the best thing to do but i have done it numerous times and I havn't had one break yet. Zander from KRZ customs told me that if I turn my wire speed up I will have no problem with it. He said its cast steel not cast iron like people think. I dunno?!?!
