Power steering quesitons...

Well, i went and bought the truck today. And had a few questions about it now...
The steering wheel kinda pulse-ates a little bit to the left while driving down the road. What would cause this? And the power steering pump (or belt) squeaks sometimes when i turn, what causes this?

Bump...Any have any info on the squeaky ps pump? Drives me crazy....

tighten the belt. seriously, it might be that simple.
