Is there a 6 lug disk brake coversion for a hardbody?

I've got a buddy that wants to stay with the 6 lug pattern all the way around, and we were trying to figure out a way to do disk brakes on the rear. We figured out a way to do it using miscellaneous parts. Any suggestions?

Pathfinder Rear End. you can also get a lsd rear tooo

you could go with a newer style chevy truck rotor, with the center bored to fit, and fab up a bracket for the caliper.

I check the pathfinders as well, make things a bit easier instead of making all new brackets and everything
