Questions about z71 wheels?

i just got a set of z71 wheels and got them machined down and they bolt up fine but i cant put the center cap on up front what do i need to do?

take the dust cap off of the hub and get some 1/4 inch or maybe even half inch spacers for behind the wheels.

This is what a friend of mine did.

yeah i wouldnt run around without dustcaps on the hubs. that is unless you like all the grease to come out and tear up the bearings.

try a spacer first, and if that doesnt work, section a 1/4inch out of the dust cap.
