body drop question

Im body droppin my nissan 720 and i see that ill prolly have to raise the trany tunnel section under the heater core.. my question is what did everyone do with there heat systems inside there trucks? did u just take it all out? relocate it some how? also im goin to tub out my firewall and the fan will have to be moved thats behind the firewall what did every do about that?
