OK so i will start with info on my setup....i have two of these hooked up to my 12 gal tank. I have 4ga wire running to a distribution block with built in 80 amp fuses. the block splits the 4ga into two 8ga wires which go to two 80 amp relays (one per 4ga wire)One compressor is hooked up per relay.

the problem is i keep blowing fuses every couple of days. is there a better way to wire it....of should i just get a distribution block that doesnt have fuses in it?

Also i think one of my AZ is busted....it still pumps air, but it is very quiet all of a sudden, and it is working very slow. I got it from sdoors, would i need to talk to them of AZ them selves??

get a 150amp breaker, mine kept blowing fuses and that's what i did, now i have no problems, AZ'z have been running strong for some time now, How much psi are ya running and are you giving the compressors time to cool before needing them to kick back on? My brother's quit working once, he wouldn't let it cool off and finally it took a shit, they have a 1yr warranty on them, plus they are rebuildable....

my breaker is placed under my hood right after i grab the power from the battery. Iw was having problems with them melting the fuses and ever since i've done this i've had no issues. i'm running 200psi also, i let them fill up and i use my air wisely lol i would give SD a call and they will direct you in the right direction.

alright sweet man thanks....one more question though.....should i replace the relays with some thing bigger or should i just stick to the 80 amp ones.
