you guys got any tips for removing the fuel pump out of my gas tank? 86 s10.
drop that tank and its simple.
the tank is out of the truck. just never pulled a pump and dont want to screw anything up
should just have a lil ring holding it on the tank that you have to manuver.
There should a ring holding the pump onto the tank. The ring should have some notches or grooves in it and just use a small screwdriver and hammer to tap the ring. Turn the ring either to the left or right to unlock the ring and then the pump should slide right out.
