I got my 3 15"s installed Thursday. They are Kicker Comp VRs and each speaker i believe has about 2.5-2.8 cubes. Ive got a JVC head unit with a Memphis amp, and it SLAMS.

I know it dont sound like much, but my amp is the 500d. its wired to 1 ohm. i should have a 1000d soon enough though. My 500 pushes them just fine, its pretty damn loud and nobody believes that its only 500 watts.

Nice system but u need alot more power than a 500d cause ur subs will handle 500 watts rms a piece and u said u have them wired up at 1 ohm and ur amp is only stable down to 2 ohms. Oh and r ur subs dual 2 or 4 ohm
