headrest removal 02 silverado how to?

how do i remove the headerests from my 40/20/40 seats? haven't messed with them that much but would like to get them out. any clips/ or buttons i need to know about. any help appreciated. thanks --- josh

should be a small hole on the side of the plastic piece that goes into the seat that the headrest slides into....put a small pick or something in that hole and pull up on the headrest and it should come out....
