Quik question.......So if i drop in a 250 amp alternator,What's stoping it from frying all my stock lights/electric choke/dash lights/etc? Im hooking up a system in the truck....But its no 21000 watts! lol

It won't always be pumping 250 amps.
That is just the potential.
The voltage regulator takes care of supply and demand.

as long as you have it at or below 15volts you wont fry anything.

From everything I’ve been reading a 1995 mustang cobra alternator fits perfectly on a Mazda b2200 and pushes 130amps when oem b2200 alternator pushes 55-60 amps I’m buying a mustang alternator later today and testing it but at the moment I’m running a 1400w amp with 2 16” subs and a 32” light bar I’ve killed the battery a couple times but wile it’s running it doesn’t seem to have that much struggle but I’m sitting on the limit with draw I can see my dash lights dimming
