well mine will work too tj, i just havent put it all back in. plus on ur truck all ur shit is inside and under the dash unlike mine. seth....be my hero...can I bend up those 2 lines where the hoses come out of the firewall without breaking them? what did ya'll do with that s10 you sent me pictures of the angled sides....?

Its hard to bend them without kinking them. You would need an actual bender. It would be possible to make them in steel with some small bends, I've done that in the past. You can also relocate the holes where the come through. I don't really know what you are dealing with. I'm not an S10 guy.

is ur truck a 4 cylender? my 4.3 needed only to shorten one hose, i guess got lucky on that. as for as the ac i tosed mine cause i gota big rag top that stays open when ever possible. but the fan box had to be remade completely for the 20s.

well i tossed the ac too. you remember what hose it was? passenger side probably....no I have a 2.2 but the firewall setup is the same on a 4.3

Go to Napa and ask them for some 5/8" ID hoses with some tight 90s in them. You might have to get two and use a coupler, but they will have something to fix it. A 97 Saturn PCV hose has a pretty tight 90 in it, and is 5/8" ID.
