i dont know shit about an isuzu but i know on my old yota we had to drill new holes for the hoses and mount the heater box a bit higher. we also bought some "one size fits all" airduct and taped it w/ industrial "duct" tape.

my heater box was barely behind the dash... you can always change the name of the thread to "b/d s10 and hombre fukin suck ass- donks rule!" then youll get the attention of everyone that owns one!

can you trim the hoses instead of bending them? or get a different hose from something else that has a different bend in it?

my cigarette lighter dont work...ive seen that before too....i just dont think it would work good...i was wonderin if I could bed the lines coming out of the firewall just a little bit and not break them, then get pre bent hoses somewhere, they have these coils that slide over the hose and you can form the hose without kinking it and it holds it in place, but idk if it would work...
