I finished this up last week. 10-bolt narrowed an inch on eash side.
All the backing plate bolts broke off so I drilled them out.
I re-tapped the holes to the correct size, good as new!
With all the bearing pucks machined I starting setting everything up in the fixture.
Lining up the ends in the fixture.
All welded up and ready to go.

The owner of this truck wanted a custom 20 gallon aluminum fuel cell to replace the uncoated rusty 8 gallon steel tank that was in it. Since it wasn't vented the gas backed up the filler neck, spilled everywhere, and it took along time to fill it up. Just got it back to the shop.
And for those of you wondering "what's under that hood scoop?" here you go:
Filler panel I made with a perimeter flange and some beads in it.
Quick picture of the aluminum welds.
All welded, mounted, plumbed, and wired up.

1973 Camaro Z28 that I re-bagged. The rearend was shifted 2" to the left and wasn't sqaure to the chassis (which wouldn't allow the rear to lay out, it looked bad, and it dog tracked), the front didn't get enough lift, it leaked air, and after pulling it apart I found that the front shockwaves were rubbing because the spring pockets weren't trimmed out enough and the bolts that held the front lower control arms on were installed with 9/16" bolts and 5/8" nuts..... Anyways, on to some pictures: All finished up and laid out:
Another shot of it laid out:
New fully adjustable 4-link with knurled grips and Heim joints:
Custom pair of lower aluminum bushings for the shockwaves:

I don't have any pictures of that model yet. I know a kit I sold was used on the 76-83 toyota frame though. Being that its a universal kit with a little trimming of the tabs and welding it will work with any vehicle that you want to triangulate the lowers on.

This is a friend of mines 1964 Buick Skylark. Since he hadn't bagged a car before I made all the brackets and bag cups for him and trimmed out the front drivers side spring pocket so he knew what to do on the passenger side. He tackled all the electrical and plumbing on it so he could save a few bucks. Heres the rear cups all finished up:
After all the bags and cups were in it was layed out for the first time:
He also got a matching steering wheel but the adapter wouldn't fit into the column, so off to the lathe:
Originally when we bagged it we waited to put on the shocks, now its back at the shop for front shocks, so I made some shock mounts:
Inner fender trimed out, New front shock mounts welded in, and shocks installed:
All finished up with a nice smooth ride in the front:
