ok heres my start so far. its a 94 pathy 4door being stock floored on 22" billets being built at McClary's Metalworks (formally the house of hack) in Bay Minette, AL.

ok , on to the pics.....

before

heres the start .... most of my frame design and measurments...

now cutting the frame rails... yeah, this took forever.... but bandsaws are great, they cut slow for extended blade life and cut straight .. very straight..

heres parts of the frame rails ..

heres a layout of the frame rails soo far...

for those that havent seen these pics before. heres all the parts mat's going to be using on the build.

F-O-A reservoir shocks on the rear. and non res ones up front. (still gotta get the fronts) and heims for the upper control arms

ballistic fabrication 2.63" heim joints for the rear link setup.

dominator 2600 bags front and back and aluminum 5 gallon tank

raceline 20" billets

accuair switch speed controller

also will be running accuair valve manifold. mat has my belltech spindles for it but i dont have any pics of them. will be running dual viair 444s.

The wheels are discontinued. I got one of the last sets. Rear end will stay stock I ordered the wheels with 6.5" of backspace so will tuck pretty easy.

he found alot of stock frame dimensions from a nissan crash book. and then he used that along with measurements he took from the actual truck and designed all the frame from there.

some of those are from a collision frame book i had...  but they only have the bodymount locations and certain frame points locations on them... so i went to photoshop and drew the frames out and took ALOT of measurements from the pathy truck and Nissan truck..
