Let me break it down
for ya joe… Your about to sue a company that only has one real asset, the following
of 60,000 loyal custom truck enthusiasts. You want money? I’ll give ya all $200

I am not. It is
NOT a threat. You will be sued along with every John Doe next week.
I intend to have an injunction on you within 10 days. I will be suing you
in Arizona Federal Court, and you will have to come here to defend it, along with
any other forum that tolerates slander. You will not be able to hide under
Freedom of Speech as you will discover after spending tons of dollars to defend
yourself personally and as StreetSource. You would be well advised to forward
that email to your intended defending Attorney for his advice.
Kris, that type
of posting, which you clearly condone, is a direct attack on me as a person

Hello John,
I have a situation that
has been going on for years on the forums.
There is a forum called:
www.s10forum.com and
www.fullsizechevy.com
They have disclaimers
on their sites against bashing, but they close their eyes to it. I have been
continually damaged for years and it is by the same guys going back over 10 years
posting mindless nonsense.
I realize that suing
the posting person may not be pursuing assets, but the forums are accumulating assets.
I feel I have been damaged
for several millions of dollars over the past 10 years, and I can prove they are
libelous and false.
I am researching all
of the libelous links throughout today and I will be providing them to you.
There will be hundreds showing a pattern.
I want to send a letter
first, then sue them if they do not: At the very least, they will have been
put on notice that we will not tolerate unfounded libelous postings. I am
not against giving them an opportunity to prove they do not condone this behaviour.
But if they do not make it right, lets file a lawsuit for Millions in damages.
