Way back in April of 1996 Ray Matthews came up with an idea to start a car club. so with a little help from a few friends and fellow car enthusiast they came up with the name Lowered Obsessions. We have held three car shows and been to many others, we have now combined the following chapters into the East Tennessee chapter : Greeneville (the founding chapter), Morristown , Rogersville , and Tri-cities. We also have two chapters in surrounding states : In Virginia we have our Abingdon chapter and in South Carolina we have our Colombia chapter all of each we are proud to have. Most of our proceeds from our shows are all donated to charity and the rest is spent and saved for club trips and distant shows such as the Mini Nats and Booger Bash.

Mini Madness was founded in 1986. We have members in Florida and Illinois. Our biggest accomplishment is Slamfest, the show we put on every October. Slamfest was started in 1991 and has been growing ever since. It is now the largest show of its kind in the state of Florida.

Extreme Renditions was est. in 1989. We're a small group of friends who like to drink,drag, and work on trucks. With chapters in Oregon and Washington. We throw one of the wildest three day shows on the west coast, "Dropped On Arrival"
