Because of the fact that most clubs have a central location and several chapters, we set our directory up so that this type of organization is properly represented. What you see below is the info on the head chapter or "headquarters" of the club. After you submit this form, you will be taken to a chapters page where you can add individual chapters. If your club does not have any chapters you do not need to worry about adding any chapters.
If your club is listed incorrectly, please update the existing listing or send us an email and tell us about it. We will fix it for you. DO NOT RESUBMIT IT!
