If you can find a set of chrome wheels that you like or have the money for a set of billets I say keep the lug pattern. If the wheels you like are 5 lug then swap the lugs.

if u wanna run big wheels in the back i suggest a pre-tacoma toyota rearend..hard 2 do 20s in the back wit stock nissan rear..
