Max Fish - Suspension Fabrication Guru/Contributing Editor       Screen Name: BioMax

Max has been into mechanics since childhood, so it comes as no surprise to anyone that knows him that he ended up owning a shop that builds custom cars and trucks. He specializes in suspension designs of all types. He has designed and built suspension systems for everything from mountainbikes to off-road trucks to road-race cars and I'm always looking for the next challenge.

Quite often he is asked where he went to school or how he learned everything that he knows. The only answer is that he just "gets it." For whatever reason it just all makes sense to him.

He is inspired by new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking (which there is no shortage of on StreetSource) and am always happy to help out in any way that he can. So don't ever feel like your question is too simple or stupid, we can only learn by doing or asking and asking can save you a lot of money...

"Best of the Mid-West", some call him Uncle Luke, others consider him an open and willing canvas of art and life. He takes Ordinary and makes it anything but. Twenty six are the years that have ticked, embraced by Wisdom, Social Awareness, Self-Less, and adored. Some see a "Large and In Charge", while he is always detailed, always dedicated and always center of promotion. Raised in the Mid-West by only the best and excepts nothing less. Ink expressed while bodydrops and sparks are what he bleeds. Snap Shots and late night drags is the venom that flows thru his veins. Consider yourself cultured and lucky to have him snap you and seize a moment of your vehicle, body or mug shot...

Mike Alexander - Moderator       Screen Name: HotRodDime

Mike Alexander got his start in 1996 when a buddy of his decided to try and bag his Toyota and he was along for the ride. After that he read Mini Truckin’ religiously and plastered trucks all over his wall throughout high school. During college he worked as a Circuit City General Manager for a few years until he decided to pursue a career that would allow his passion for trucks to be realized. Working retail on the weekends really didn’t allow him to attend shows, so after meeting and talking with Finnegan it was all downhill from there. He applied as the Associate Editor of Mini Truckin' and after a few months of the hiring process, he was selected. After a few years it was time for Mike to take the reigns of the magazine and move it forward with the times. He’s been working on Mini Truckin' for over six years now and enjoying custom trucks for the last 13 years, with many more years to come! He loves the entire lifesytle, and will continue to push the boundaries of trucks, magazines, and life.
